Figure 8 : Gastroduodenal Crohn's disease. There is contiguous narrowing of the antrum and duodenum, with obliteration of the normal anatomic landmarks at the pylorus. Because the antrum and duodenum merge together as a single tubular structure, this finding has been described as the pseudo-Billroth I sign of gastroduodenal Crohn's disease.
