Figure 1 : Gallbladder hydrops. The gallbladder is abnormally distended, measuring more than 10 cm long in this 22-month-old child after bone marrow transplantation. The gallbladder wall is thin (arrows), and there is echogenic sludge within the lumen. The gallbladder was later drained with a tube.
